This video captures a five-night family cruise to Cabo San Lucas aboard Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas. Cruising has always been a huge part of our family's life, and this trip was another fantastic one to add to the collection.
I wanted the video to capture everything the ship had to offer, as well as the activities my family enjoyed.
For the soundtrack, I chose Olivia Deen's "Man I Need", a song that was played around the ship throughout the cruise. It's a newer track, and that felt right. It matched the vibe of the trip perfectly and gave the edit a fresh, current feel that I thought captured the energy of being on board.
For the edit itself, I focused on the atmosphere of life on board, from the entertainment and dining to the smaller in-between moments that make cruising so memorable. The goal was a video that feels as good to watch as the trip felt to be on.
